Beatrice Hermesdorf is French by birth and Monégasque by adoption having spent most of her vacations “on the rock”. A resident of Cornillon-Confoux since adolescence, Béatrice spent five years working with young people find hope in work. During that time she produced a recipe book, “Saveurs gourmands de Provence” that garnered recognition for her community work and the Terre de Provence prize for public communications.

Following this entrepreneurial experience, Beatrice founded with her father, a helicopter test pilot a consultancy specializing in aeronautical affairs. Working with Eurocopter and Thales, Béatrice created a communication service focused on providing professionally organized communications services for clients who could not otherwise afford in-house communications services.

Deeply committed to the development of her community-space, Béa is active on the Young Executives’ Council of the Marseille-Provence Chamber of Commerce and an active member of the Bouches du Rhône Business Association. She is involved with a number of economic, social and cultural development projects, including presiding over an artists’ cooperative, Les Ateliers de l’Agora, in the Alpilles region and she is a member of the promotions committee for the Marseille-Provence, Cultural Capital of Europe 2013.

The world is a village there to be discovered, a source of many beautiful new friendships: Czech, Russian, German, African, English and American. Of course, Béa is impatient to get to work on the International Committee of the Bouches-du-Rhône Business Association.
